Keiko Nishimura
Owner and zone designer
Walks every house herself and draws the zones before anyone writes a proposal.
About
We began with one question: how do you heat and cool a 1926 house with plaster walls and no ducts without wrecking it? The answer was a plan for each room, written down before any hole is cut.
The same three people see every house: Keiko walks it, Tesfaye installs it and Quynh handles the permit. A small crew means the person who promised the work is the person at the door.
We walk every house before we write a proposal
We name each room and each model on paper
We write down what we leave out
